The Aino brand has been on the hookah market for some time. According to the manufacturer, everything is produced in its own factory, which brings a high quality standard with it. Aino belongs to a parent brand that has been active in the industry as a wholesaler for a decade. So you can be sure that a great deal of experience has gone into the production of the tobacco. A lot of sweat and passion already went into the development of the Virginia, so that the manufacturer enjoys a broad fan base. Aino has now also come onto the market with a dark blend based on a Burley blend. In doing so, it has deliberately taken its cue from other brands and the current market trend. The result is very well executed. In terms of cut and moisture, Aino Dark is ideal for packing in a phunnel or, for the hardened, in a multi-hole bowl. With the variety of flavours on offer, everyone will find something for themselves. The selection includes both classic varieties and novel creations. Aino is also very well positioned in terms of heat tolerance and can be smoked with 2-3 coals without any problem. We would nevertheless be careful with the heat, as the dark blend is somewhat stronger than classic Virginia. Aino itself comes in stylish little 25g tins. So anyone looking for a new tobacco to try out who is into dark blends anyway should definitely go for Aino Dark. There is sure to be a variety that is right for you too!
Cut and moisture: Aino Dark impresses with a medium to fine cut. The Burley blend base tobacco is sufficiently moist without forming too much excess molasses at the bottom.
Flavour: Aino Dark comes onto the market with a range of familiar and new flavours. Everyone is guaranteed to find what they are looking for here.
Heat tolerance: the dark blend is exceptionally heat-resistant, but we would not recommend overdoing it because of the stronger base tobacco.
