Who can become a trade customer?
Businesses in Germany and abroad: hookah bars, lounges, shops, kiosks and online stores.
Do I need to send any documents?
No, the form is enough: your company details and, if you have one, your VAT or tax ID. If we have questions, we get in touch by e-mail.
Can I order before my account is activated?
Yes, at retail prices, if we deliver to retail customers in your country. The application creates the customer account for that.
Is there volume pricing?
Where volume pricing is set up, you see it on the product page once activated; the cart applies it automatically.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, worldwide, except to countries under EU sanctions. The shop’s shipping rate for your country applies; where there is none, we quote the shipping cost after your order. Tobacco can only be shipped within Germany.
How can I pay?
In Germany by bank transfer in advance, PayPal or credit card; from abroad by bank transfer in advance.
