Aino Dark is the dark tobacco line from Aino, a manufacturer from Germany. The brand itself has been around for several years. It is known above all for its somewhat lighter and less nicotine-heavy Virginia, which comes with a large variety of flavours. Aino Dark is now the official dark blend and is already winning over dyed-in-the-wool dark blend smokers. In terms of both cut and moisture, this is a very high-quality tobacco. The base tobacco is a blend of Virginia and Burley, each treated differently. Because of the fine cut, we recommend packing it in direct contact in a phunnel. That way you can get the maximum out of Aino Dark and have productive sessions every time. The smoking duration is also particularly striking: you can comfortably enjoy Aino for more than 1-1.5 hours without much loss of flavour. Because of the new tobacco regulations, Aino Dark is now available from us in the usual 25g packs. Among the varieties you will find a wide range of flavours that will make Aino Dark a true regular on your tobacco shelf. In general we recommend dark blends more to experienced hookah smokers, but an exception can readily be made here.

Cut – the dark blend from Aino impresses with a medium to fine cut. The base tobacco is a mixture of Virginia and Burley. Because of the cut, we recommend smoking this tobacco in a phunnel in direct contact with foil or a smokebox.

Moisture – this is a well-cured tobacco that leaves little excess molasses behind. Another statement about the tobacco's heat resistance.

Heat tolerance – thanks to the base tobacco and the good moisture, Aino can be given relatively strong heat with full flavour; 2-3 coals in direct contact are no problem here.
